le krav- maga sécurity (appelé aussi krav-sécurity) de l'Israeli Defense System est une méthode issue du krav-maga spécialement étudiée par alain COHEN expert et diplomé de l'institut de wingate en israel ( équivalence du ministere de la jeunesse et sport en france).
Tous les diplomes et grades de l'IDS ne sont reconnus que par la fédération israelienne.
Des stages sont fréquemment organisés  au sein même de son école à la souche du krav-maga en israel et en France. (voir liens) 

I.D.S. - ISRAELI DEFENSE SYSTEM includes in its program the techniques of KRAV MAGA. The science of neurological strikes (K.O.) is taught in complementary way. However, SECURITY KRAV MAGA is more oriented toward professionals or people who quickly wish to be in a position to protect themselves. Alain Cohen wants to specify that original Krav Maga taught by Imi Lichtenfeld remains the reference in matter of personal defense and that KRAV SECURITY is the answer to a training that works better on the mental exercise and the survival instinct, the taught system therefore is concentrating on Krav Maga to which peculiar techniques of the KRAV MAGA SECURITY will be added, that is to say: Neurological techniques of percussion (in order to create a dysfunction of the nervous system in order not to cause permanent damages with our attacks), strategies, and techniques of shooting, infiltration and Security. This explains why most of the best elite units want to be formed from this IDS school. It is also because the particularity of that SECURITY KRAV MAGA is its arsenal of defensive techniques which is smaller, so that the student can better assimilate the essential principles in less time. For people who succeed to invest more training for their formation, the job of Krav Maga however will be privileged because it is more complete. Organization called ISRAELI DEFENSE SYSTEM (headquarter in Israel ) is also present in France , Italy , Spain and Belgium and is represented by competent staff, with a great martial experience, and works professionally in the field of the emergency and security. As a conclusion, I.D.S. has chosen to train everybody in an optimal way with these two systems, rich in techniques for Krav Maga, and rich in operating and mental techniques for the SECURITY KRAV MAGA.
